Lagu ini diciptakan oleh teman dekatku untuk menghiburku disaat aku akan ditinggal pergi oleh seorang yg aku cintai . Aku akan ditinggal pergi oleh dia karena dia harus ikut pindah ibunya, maklum ibunya bekerja berpindah-pindah kota. Saat aku diberi tahu bahwa ia harus pindah, sungguh ! dadaku langsung sesak , perlahan keluar air dari mataku yg nggak aku harapkan. Aku ndak kuat menahan ini semua. Ingin aku berteriak di depan muka dia. Ingin aku katakan bahwa *aku sayang dia*. Orang-orang disekitarku berusaha menenangkanku, termasuk dia. Aku coba sedikit-sedikit terima, dan akhirnya aku bisa. Ia bilang bahwa ia nggak akan ikut pindah, ia masih ingin tetap disini. Bulan April ia berulang tahun. Besar harapanku untuk membuat ia tersenyum kepadaku. Just for me ! Aku inginkan itu dan aku akan berusaha. Tunggu di hari spesialmu, aku akan buat kamu bisa tersenyum padaku lagi seperti waktu itu. Tunggu aku sayang :*
